Frequently asked questions
What counts as a scan credit?
Each time you upload an upper and lower arch pair for bite correction, that uses one credit. Re-downloading results or viewing past scans does not consume credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase a credit pack at any time, or upgrade your plan. Existing scans and results remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. When you upgrade, you receive the new plan’s credits immediately and are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased via packs never expire.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and can be cancelled before renewal.
