We fix what scanners get wrong

The problem

Intraoral scanners capture individual arches with sub-50 micron accuracy. But the bite registration? That’s a different story. Saliva, patient movement, soft tissue interference — the bite scan is almost always the weakest link. Labs receive scans where the jaws don’t meet correctly, and technicians spend hours manually adjusting what the scanner got wrong.

What we do

OccluTrace takes your upper and lower STL scans and finds the correct maximum intercuspation position — where cusps meet fossae, where contacts actually form. Not an approximation. The real anatomical bite.

You get back a corrected STL and a contact heatmap showing exactly where teeth touch. Ready for your CAD/CAM workflow in seconds, not hours.

Why it works

Our system has learned what correct bite looks like across different anatomies, arch forms, and restorations. When your scan comes in with a bad bite registration, it identifies where teeth should meet and repositions the jaw accordingly.

Built for professionals

OccluTrace is designed for dental laboratories, clinics, and CAD technicians who work with digital impressions daily. We understand that accuracy matters — a crown that doesn’t seat, a bridge that doesn’t fit, an implant that’s off by half a millimeter. These aren’t acceptable outcomes, and fixing them starts with getting the bite right.

Every result comes with a visual contact map so you can verify the alignment before committing to fabrication. No black boxes. You see exactly what changed and why.
